Many construction projects face the same problem: parking facilities need to be provided, but the available space is limited. In some cases, an underground car park is uneconomical or structurally unfeasible. This is precisely where our L12 parking system comes in. With our space-saving parking solution, two vehicles can be parked on two levels without the need for a pit.

The efficient parking solution for new builds and for retrofitting existing properties

With our L12 parking system, the lower parking space is at the level of the floor slab. The second vehicle is parked on an upper platform that can be accessed horizontally. The system is designed without a pit and is secured directly to the floor using heavy-duty anchors. This significantly reduces the structural work required. Hence, it makes the L12 particularly attractive for projects where parking capacity needs to be expanded quickly, in a modular way and cost-effectively.

Ideal for applications with optimised parking procedures

The L12 operates on the principle of dependent parking. This means that the lower parking space must be free in order for the upper platform to be lowered and for a vehicle to be driven onto it. This principle is well suited to situations where vehicles are moved in an organised manner, either privately or by staff. Examples of applications include: multi-storey car parks with valet parking, car hire companies, car dealerships, and service and repair centres.

Safe, intuitive operation
The system is controlled via push-buttons for raising and lowering, as well as an easily accessible emergency stop function. The system can be authorised via RFID or, optionally, via a lock cylinder. By holding down the relevant push-button, the platform moves in a controlled manner to the desired position.
