Our L42 parking system doubles the number of parking spaces on a conventional car park site.

Two vehicles can be parked on two levels, one above the other, and independently of one another at any time. To access the upper parking level, the lower platform is lowered into the pit, meaning that vehicles on the lower level do not need to be moved.

Depending on the available parking space in the underground car park, several L42 individual units can be installed side by side.

No obtrusive columns in the entry area

What makes L42 special is that the support columns are positioned against the wall – not in the access area. This keeps the entry area clear, allowing parkers to open their car doors easily when getting in and out, and to park comfortably even with limited space.

Our L42 parking system is perfect for car parks in residential, hotel and commercial properties.

• Product variants: Single unit for 2 vehicles, which can be combined with one another
• Clear height: at least 315 cm
• Pit depth: at least 175 cm; between 175 and 225 cm depending on the model (adjustable in 5-cm increments)
• Tunnel length: at least 530 cm; for comfortable use, we recommend a pit length of 550 cm
• Load capacity / weight: 2,000 kg per parking space as standard; 2,600 kg or 3,000 kg per parking space are also available as options
• Vehicle height: on the lower level, from 150 cm up to a maximum of 210 cm, depending on the depth of the pit
• Standards: our parking system complies with DIN EN 14010 and the EC Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC
• E-mobility: It is possible to install or retrofit a charging point for each parking space

Unobstructed access instead of intrusive columns in the entry area
Compared with other parking systems, the L42 parking solution does not feature columns in the entrance area; instead, they are mounted on the rear wall. This creates space exactly where it is needed in everyday use: when entering and exiting, when manoeuvring, or when opening car doors. Particularly in high-end residential and hotel buildings, the unobstructed entrance contributes to a significantly more positive user experience.

Level and easily accessible platforms for greater comfort
The parking levels at L42 have no raised edges, making it easier to get in and out of vehicles. Furthermore, our parking system is suitable for wheelchair users.

Intuitive and safe operation
The parking levels can be raised or lowered simply by pressing the ergonomically positioned buttons. The control unit can be mounted either on the wall (surface-mounted or flush-mounted) or on a free-standing column. The emergency stop button is clearly visible at the top of the control unit.
