With our L52 parking system, you can double your outdoor parking capacity. The vehicle on the lower platform is lowered into a pit and parked beneath the accessible outdoor area. This allows another vehicle to be parked on the upper level.
To park a vehicle in or out, the relevant parking platform is raised or lowered to the level of the outdoor area, allowing vehicles to be parked on both levels independently.

More parking space and no visually intrusive parking structures

When lowered, the upper platform is at ground level with the outdoor area and can be driven over. Whether paving stones, grass or other surfacing materials: the surface of the upper parking level can be customised to match the outdoor area of your property. With L52, you can create additional outdoor parking spaces without blocking access routes, whilst lovingly designed outdoor areas retain their individual charm.

Suitable for use in the outdoor areas of upmarket or listed properties

Thanks to the lowered lower parking area and the customisable upper platform, our L52 parking solution is most appropriate for high-end new properties as well as listed buildings.

Technical specifications

• Product variants: Single units for 2 vehicles and double units for 4 vehicles
• Clear height: at least 315 cm
• Pit depth: at least 195 cm; between 195 and 245 cm depending on the model (adjustable in 10-cm increments)
• Tunnel length: at least 530 cm; for comfortable use, we recommend a pit length of 550 cm
• Load capacity / weight: 2,000 kg per parking space as standard; 2,600 kg or 3,000 kg per parking space are also available as options
• Vehicle height: on the lower level from 150 cm up to a maximum of 200 cm, depending on the depth of the pit; on the upper level, a maximum of 150 cm
• Standards: our parking system complies with DIN EN 14010 and the EC Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC

All platforms can be driven onto horizontally, enabling precise and smooth parking. The laterally offset columns are another advantage. This creates more space around the doors, allowing them to be opened comfortably and making it easier to get in and out of the vehicle.

When lowered, the technical structure of our car park is not visible. Furthermore, the upper platform can be customised with paving stones, greenery and specific surfacing to suit your property. We offer our L52 parking system as a single unit for two cars and as a double unit for four cars. Both variants can also be flexibly combined with one another.
