L53

Our L53 parking system enables you to create three parking spaces within the footprint of a single outdoor parking bay. Instead of parking vehicles side by side in plain view, they are parked one on top of the other across three levels. The parking areas on the lower two levels are lowered into a pit, so that only the parked vehicle on the top platform remains visible. It allows you to create more parking space out of sight.

At ground level and accessible by vehicle on level ground

When lowered, the top of the three parking levels is even at ground level with the outdoor area. This allows car driver to drive over the parking system without any difficulty. In addition, you can customise the surface of the top platform so that it matches the outdoor area.

Recommended for upmarket or listed properties

Thanks to the lowered lower and middle parking levels, as well as the customisable upper platform, our L53 parking solution is perfect for high-end new-build properties as well as listed buildings.

Horizontally accessible platforms and laterally offset columns enhance the comfort for the driver and front passenger when parking, as well as when getting in and out of the vehicle. Depending on the model, our parking system allows you to accommodate parking spaces with widths ranging from 230 cm to 270 cm.

Three, six, nine or more parking spaces

We offer our L53 parking system as a single unit for three vehicles. You can position several single units side by side or one behind the other, thereby making the best use of the available space. A single system for three vehicles can be expanded into a continuous system providing six, nine or more parking spaces.

Intuitive and safe operation

Our parking system is controlled via a push-button for raising and lowering the platforms. The emergency stop button is clearly visible and easy to operate. The control unit can be installed on a free-standing column. The system can be authorised via RFID or, optionally, via a lock cylinder.
