If your project requires more car parking spaces but floor space and ceiling height are limited, parking space quickly becomes a planning challenge. The K32 resolves precisely this conflict: it creates additional parking spaces on two levels while simultaneously reducing the required headroom. This allows you to integrate parking spaces into your plans in a more compact and cost-effective manner.

The parking system for projects with limited building height

The K32 is a compact parking system designed for independent parking on two levels. The upper platform is accessible horizontally. The lower platform is inclined in the entry position. As a result, the system requires less vertical space than traditional solutions – without compromising on the convenience and safety of using both parking levels. Our K32 is particularly well suited to residential complexes, office and commercial buildings, hotels and underground car parks with limited headroom.

• Product variants: single unit for 2 vehicles or double unit for 4 vehicles
• Clear height: at least 295 cm
• Pit depths: between 170 and 225 cm, depending on the model (adjustable in 5-cm increments)
• Load capacity / weight: 2,000 kg per parking space as standard; 2,600 kg or 3,000 kg per parking space are also available on request
• Maximum wheel load: 500 kg as standard; 650 kg or 750 kg are also available on request
• Vehicle length: up to 500 cm with a pit length of at least 530 cm
• Recommended pit length for comfort: 550 cm pit length, particularly for vehicles up to 520 cm
• Vehicle height: on the lower level from 150 cm to a maximum of 205 cm, depending on the depth of the pit; on the upper level: 150 cm
• Standards: the parking system complies with DIN EN 14010 and the EC Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC
• E-mobility: it is possible to install or retrofit a charging point for each parking space

The K32 is safe and easy to use. It is controlled via a modern control unit featuring two push-buttons for raising and lowering, as well as an easily accessible emergency stop button. The system is authorised via RFID or, optionally, via a lock cylinder suited to the premises.
